Product description

This PET flake hot washer is designed for hot washing crushed PET/PC/ABS/PS submerged flakes. With the help external high-temperature heating to 90 degree, at the same time, mixed  chemical agent to dissolve greasy dirties, sticky glue, paper label, ink and other difficult-to-clean dirties, leading to a very good cleaning effect. The internal vane mixing materials shaft ensures evenly heating of materials and homogeneous mixing of detergents during the hot washing process. The heating way can be formulated in line with practical condition, with electrical heating, coal carbon and steam boiler available.

◆  Hot boiler bottom part is made of 12MM thickness steel, body part is 10MM, with wear resistant durable design to maximize the consistent running.

◆  The bottom part of the PET bottle flake hot washer is with a conical size design, with fast material discharge, it also prevents the remaining material from staying too long time in the hot washer to become yellow.

◆  This  PET flake hot boiler motor uses Siem ens motor or Dongguan motor brand,   strong power  and good quality.

◆  Independently temperature and electric box control   to ensure  the stable and continuous heating temperature and the machine safe operation .
